Guests may use the patio area, pool area and backyard between 8am & 10pm. No additional guests, no hosting of events or parties etc. on this property ever. No smoking, drugs etc. we do have a zero tolerance policy for this and will call law enforcement. We also have a $1500 fine per incident of breaking house rules. Very relaxing! Great quiet neighborhood for comfortable & safe outdoor walking. Please park on the left side of the driveway when you pull in there are 2 spots there for guests. Guest House is through the fence gate next to the pool and we will send more instructions upon booking. All guests (max 2) must be listed on the reservation. No parties or events or other guests not approved on the reservation are allowed on the property or in pool etc. We are exempt by Airbnb from hosting service dogs or pets/animals of any kind due to health hazards they pose to us. We do not accept guests that do not have any reviews or have poor reviews from other hosts. Possession and use of Marijuana or any other drugs, paraphernalia, smoking & vaping of any kind are not allowed in or on this property at any time for any reason and are illegal in this state. We will report & prosecute violators of the law. We have cameras that are covering the entire outside of the perimeter. Breaking of House rules result in a minimum $1500 fine per incident and we will call law enforcement for illegal activity and press charges
