Casinos, major medical facilities, shopping, and great dining choices all within minutes. You will enjoy relaxing in this newly built home. Check in is simple through our smart lock keyless system. You will be provided a code and instructions the morning of check in. A high chair and play pen are available upon request but must be requested in advance. The space This modern home was built in 2021 by Lighthouse Construction and Development. It is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an open floor plan. It has a fenced in yard and is sitting on a lake giving tenants the perfect escape. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a couch that lays flat into a bed. It also has a grandpa-made desk so if you must work…grandpa supports you. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a beautiful walk-in closet, a shower, a bathtub, and two sinks. Bringing a crew? No problem! Each of the bedrooms have two beds. Our front bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin bed, and our back bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. Got even more people? Bring them on! We also provide a blow-up mattress fit for your extra special guests! And…we have ample parking space—just open the vehicle-sized gate in the fence to the side yard! Let our home be your escape! We provide a grill and a fire pit. We also provide fishing poles, a kayak, an inflatable paddle board, inflatable yoga mat, and a basketball goal for all your outdoor activities! PLEASE NOTE--All outdoor equipment and outdoor spaces are to be utilized and enjoyed cautiously and at your own risk. Also, you are in Louisiana on a body of water, so be cautious of ALL wildlife—including but not limited to plants, amphibians, reptiles, waterfowl, stray pets & people, deer, insects, and mosquitos (which we provide bug spray for). Guest access Guests will have access to the house and backyard. Guests do not automatically have access to the garage. If you need this for your trip please request this in advance. Other things to note If there is evidence of smoking in or around the property there will be a $100 fee charged for additional cleaning. Evidence may include visual items left behind or smells deemed by the owner to be caused from smoking. This is up to the owner’s discretion. The ice maker in the fridge does not work.
