The first floor unit is owner occupied while the upstairs unit is available for you to enjoy. It includes the 2nd and 3rd floors with a private entrance and front porch with seating. Guest access Rental unit includes kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and front porch access. Beach badges, chairs, towels and bicycles are also available. Backyard and driveway are for owner use only but can be made available under special circumstances upon request.
