This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. It’s a tastefully decorated, very clean and peaceful getaway ideal for a couple, small group or single person. There is 1 bedroom with a very comfy king bed and a twin size bed in the main living area. Smart TVs. Pet friendly. Coffee & tea The space This Airbnb property features an open concept living space with a 50-inch smart TV as the centerpiece. The main living area offers versatile sleeping options, including a twin size day bed and a fold-down couch that converts into a twin size sleeper. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, convection microwave oven, and hot plates. Additionally, there is a breakfast station with a toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker (with K-cups), and another toaster. Please note that there is no full-size oven range available. The bathroom boasts a full-size tub and shower, complete with a hair dryer and clean linens. We also provide an ample supply of bathroom amenities, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bedroom offers ultimate comfort with a king-size bed featuring a premium and super comfortable mattress. All beds are made with clean linens upon arrival. You'll find a 42-inch smart TV and an alarm clock for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is equipped with central heating and central air conditioning. Outside, you'll have your own private patio furnished with a gas grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. We warmly welcome well-behaved and house trained four-legged friends, as we are a pet-friendly establishment. Large crate provided. You may see our cat or dog roaming around occasionally. This is a non smoking, drug free property. No excessive alcohol use. Guest access Everything in the apartment is private for your use only. Outside you have your own private patio and grill. You will also have your own parking space. Please note there is one flight of stairs to get up to the apartment. Other things to note The property is secured by ADT security. There are outdoor only cameras by every door that record video/audio 24/7. There is also a cat that occasionally roams the property but is never in the apartment. Pets must be treated with flea/tick preventative, up to date on rabies vaccine, house trained and not loud or destructive.
