The Elk Cabin at the Bucking Moose Cabins is the perfect place to base your Yellowstone adventures! Located in the heart of West Yellowstone, this queen room is the perfect place to rest your body for another big day of adventure. It sits within walking distance of all our favorite attractions, shops, restaurants, and bars and is only blocks from the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. *Dog Friendly Property $50 pet fee must be paid. 1 Dog per room maximum The space The Bucking Moose cabins offer a historic Yellowstone experience originally built in the 1950s and used by the park service for ranger accommodations before being moved to there current location. Each cabin has two queen beds and sleeps 4 guests. Additionally, this cabin comes with 2 TVs, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a full bath. Each cabin comes with parking for one vehicle with additional street parking nearby. The summer season typically runs from the 3rd Saturday in April until November 1st. The West Entrance then closes from November 1st until Mid-December. The entrance then reopens for the winter for oversnow travel season. The oversnow season typically runs from Mid-December until Mid-March. The entrance closes again until the opening day of the summer season in April. These dates are subject to change, please confirm park operating dates prior to booking your stay.
