Providing exceptional service and meeting guest expectations are our top priorities. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask all guests to review the apartment policies before making a reservation and again prior to check‑in. APARTMENT POLICIES & RULES: Before booking or visiting, guests must review and agree to the apartment rules and policies, which are designed to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. RESERVATION POLICY NOTICE: **DOES NOT permit booking visitors who live in the local area (Baton Rouge). This rule is a strict part of our apartment's policies. The host is NOT responsible for refunds due to cancellations. To avoid any issues, please don't book for guests in the Baton Rouge area. CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM. (If you need to check in earlier, please get in touch with us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.) The minimum check-in age is 23 years old. CHECK-OUT: Before 11:00 AM. No parties/events and no additional guests are allowed on the property. The reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund if a party is held. Additionally, the HOA will charge an extra $1,000 plus $300 for additional cleaning. An updated profile picture is required. The phone number and home address must match the person making the reservation. Only registered guests booked through Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms—using a valid ID and phone number—are permitted to use the apartment. For everyone's safety and comfort, unregistered guests are not allowed. Adherence to the designated check‑in and check‑out times is required to ensure a smooth experience for all guests and to allow our team adequate time to prepare the apartment. Please take care of your keys; a fee will be charged for lost keys. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment or outside of the common areas. An additional $200 deodorization fee will be charged if smoking is done inside the house. ILLEGAL DRUGS are NOT permitted on the property. FIREARMS are NOT allowed in the unit or on the premises. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises. Please don't use the apartment's WiFi to download illegal or copyrighted materials. Pets are not allowed. A $250 Pet cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of a pet in the property. KEYS: Making duplicate keys is prohibited.
