Even during the busy season you feel like you are on your own private beach! Guest access Guests are able to access the entire house, including 4 bedrooms & 2 baths (upstairs). Home offers 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 Full-Over-Full Bunk room & 1 Sleeper sofa. Downstairs features a 3rd bathroom, outdoor shower (perfect for washing all the sand away), a large screened in porch, covered parking, open patio area, storage garage with beach chairs, grills and more! Other things to note INDUCTION STOVETOP: Burners only heat when pot/pan is placed on the burner. They auto-off once a pot/pan is removed from the burner. Be aware, food heats VERY QUICKLY on this stovetop. CARGO LIFT on the property is NOT covered by insurance for liability issues & is NOT included as an amenity for Guests. There are 24 stairs to access the home. Guests must be able to climb stairs.
