Meadow House - in the Bitterroot Valley

Meadow House is located in Hamilton, centrally located in the Bitterroot Valley. We offer a 3 pet (dog) friendly (no fee), fully furnished 3 bd/2 ba home with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including garage access. A quaint backyard (fully fenced) for your pet as well as a covered patio and BBQ. Should you or a guest have a sensitivity to fragrance, please know that we do use laundry and cleaning products with fragrance. Please be sure to list all guests staying with you. The space Meadow House is 3 bedrooms; a king size bed in the primary, a queen bed in second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided as well as a hairdryer and flat iron. The living room is equipped with a 65” smart tv with Chromecast. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed, including a toaster, toaster oven/air fryer and a mini waffle and pancake maker. There is a propane BBQ on the back patio. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and garage. A garage door opener will be available for use during your stay. A $30 fee will be assessed should it not be left upon checking out. The Primary bedroom closet is not accessible. Other things to note We ask that our guests please remove all garbage and food from refrigerator/freezer and place in garbage can, strip beds, place linens (not comforters or pillow shams) and used towels in the bathtubs and load all dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Should you be staying with your fur baby, please pick up and dispose of your pets waste. We provide waste bags that are located in the laundry room.
