The space The space you are renting is part of a double home - we (the owners) live on the other side of the home and there is a shared wall. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the owners unit, and has a perfect living room and open fully stocked kitchen downstairs, with the two bedrooms upstairs. The full bath has a stand up shower (no tub), and it and the half bath are both located downstairs. There is an AppleTV & a Roku and guests are welcome to sign into their personal streaming platforms. There is no traditional cable TV but there is very strong internet.
