Other things to note Please note that we are in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood and do not allow any form of partying. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm - 7am. All outdoor music must be off by 10pm and contained to a small speaker before that. Property max is 16 people, including during the daytime. The neighborhood has a set speed limit of 15 mph. Like most Montana homes, the home does not have AC. Each bedroom either has a ceiling fan or stand fan as well as windows that open wide to let in the cool night air!
