Kahana Manor 411 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo situated on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that the property offers elevator access for your convenience. You can stay cool inside with ceiling fans as well as two portable AC units and the Hawaiian trade winds! Step inside to the open concept main living area; the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The bright and airy kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals. Your private lanai is the perfect spot to gather for your evening cocktail. You'll also experience beautiful sunsets with the peek-a-boo ocean view! In the serene and tranquil bedroom, you will find a comfortable King size bed. There is a Queen size pullout sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Pack light as there is also a washer and dryer included for your convenience. Kahana Beach, a short walk from your condo, is the quintessential Maui beach – soft, white sand, no rocks to dodge and peaceful. It’s a great beach for swimming, with smaller waves and crystal blue water. There’s even a rock outcropping on the south side of the beach and reefs to the north that are perfect for snorkeling. And, with the rental shop located on the ground floor of the complex, you can easily rent your snorkel gear and head out to the reef to get a closer view of the sea turtles, eels, dolphins, and many beautiful tropical fish. Kahana Manor is steps away from popular restaurants, shops and transportation. In fact, Misophat Sushi is located on the ground floor of Kahana Manor. There is also a grocery/liquor store, sports bar, water sports equipment rental store, children's and baby rental/supply store and even a salon to get a manicure/pedicure. The Sands Restaurant, Maui Brewing Company, and concierge services for your island outings is a short 3-minute walk. If you prefer a day trip to Lahaina, which is less than 15-minutes away by car, you can access public transportation within steps of the condo as well – and it operates every hour! We set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. Kahana Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
