New Cabin with Spectacular Views of Flathead Lake.

This is a newly constructed cabin done to luxury standards and is located on our farm down a private road, situated at the northern end of Flathead Lake. The views are spectacular as you can enjoy 360 degree views of the valley, Flathead Lake, Glacier Park, The Swan Mountains, Blacktail Mountain and the big skies and stars of Montana. The only land in between our farm and the lake is a waterfowl preserve. Plenty of wildlife on the property and it is a wonderful spot to enjoy Flathead Valley. The space The location, modern interior and the views make the cabin a unique property. The views of the Flathead Lake, the crops and mountains are hard to beat. Tiled kitchen and bathroom floors plus the hardwood floor make this a very cozy space, not to mention the wood burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped: a 24" Liebherr fridge, Miele speed oven/microwave, 18" Miele dishwasher and a Miele induction. cooktop. The living area has spectacular views with the wood burning stove for extra heat in the winter with countertop dining, love seat and coffee table and also a TV. There is a king sized bed with good sized closets. The sliding doors open up onto the deck where there is a table, chairs, propane BBQ and a fantastic view. The bathroom which is all finished with cedar has a shower, a vanity and Miele washer/dryer. There are blackout/solar shades on the windows and sliding doors. for a good night's sleep. Guest access The entire cabin (520 sq. ft.) is yours to use as well as the surrounding area close to the cabin. There is parking right by the front door with a Chargepoint Level 2 EV charger which is included in the rental rate. Other things to note There is no hunting on the property. No trailers or RV’s. We do have a lot of waterfowl as we are close to the Preserve. No fireworks but there are spectacular views of fireworks on the lake for July 4. The wind can come up in a hurry. Summer wildfires are prevalent so please obey all local laws. No smoking in the cabin. We also rent vehicles through a ride sharing app and they sell out fast in the summer months. If you plan to stay for two weeks or longer there is an additional cleaning fee. $160 total.
