The space The Peaceful Private Studio includes a fabulous en-suite (private in-room) bathroom with both a shower and large soaking tub. The studio is well equipped with modern amenities such as High-speed internet/Wi-Fi, Smart TV, ultra comfy cal-king bed (100% cotton linens), a sitting couch, laptop workspace, and a simple nicely equipped kitchenette with patio dining. There are lots of special touches added in as well. The studio is situated on one-acre in Hawaiian Paradise Park, a subdivision in Keaau, just 20 minutes to Hilo Town. Also on property is a health conscious family of two. As hosts we are available when needed but otherwise allow you to enjoy your privacy as we enjoy ours. The spacious 800 sf studio has a private entrance with self check-in/out lockbox. The studio is separated from the main house via a yoga/meditation room. Guest access The Peaceful Private Studio is located on a paved road in Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision with super easy access and parking just steps from the Studio door. We are 20 minutes to Hilo Town, 27 miles to Volcano National Park, 15 minutes to Keaau or Pahoa towns (the latter being where the most recent 2018 lava flow took place) and 25-30 minutes to Carl Smith and Richardson Beach Parks, which are more like spectacular swim-able ocean lagoons amidst the gorgeous blue green pacific ocean. Guests will receive the exact address, directions, lockbox codes and wifi password a couple days prior to arrival. Yoga classes may be available on-site upon request. Other things to note At The Peaceful Private Studio property, we maintain respectful noise levels at all times and quiet-time between 10pm and 8am. We do not allow ANY smoking, drugs or parties on property. We keep the mood and vibrations high with family focused health-conscious living. The most you are likely to hear are some distant neighboring morning roosters or the sweet sounds of our rainforest coqui frogs as they lull you to sleep, and that's only if you choose to sleep with your windows open. You will experience privacy, and lots of rest and relaxation in this charming studio.
