Additionally the main living area with cozy sofas, kitchen and the full bathroom are on this level. UPSTAIRS: One bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom features a queen size bed, one twin size bed, and one trundle twin size bed. We value our community and it is important for us to maintain good relationships with our neighbors, so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay. • No smoking inside the house- In case of any evidence of smoking inside the house, a fee of $500 will be charged. • No parties or events allowed - In case you disregard this rule, it will be assessed a $500 fee, plus $45 per extra guest not included in the booking, plus damages.
