The home is cozy and well-equipped for your coastal stay with 2 bedrooms, cathedral ceilings, a large bath, an eat-in kitchen, a deck with seating, a grill, beach gear, and private parking. Stroll down the beach and enjoy the views, or head to the boardwalk, which is a short distance away, for a variety of dining options and outdoor activities. MAIN FLOOR Everything you need during your stay is situated on one main living area. In the living room, you will find a large sofa plus two chairs and a flatscreen tv. Off of the living room is the full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dining table. We've got you covered with a supply of laundry detergent pods, but remember to bring quarters if you plan to use the laundry facilities during your stay. Note: Please note that this condo does not offer ocean views. While it's conveniently located just one building away from the beach, you won't have a direct view of the ocean from the windows. The beach, however, is easily accessible within a short walk. xSTR Details & Supplies We go the xSTR mile to make your stay easy and memorable. We provide: - Bedding: Bed Linens, bath towels and beach towels - Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner and body wash - Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, coffee maker (K-cup), glassware, food storage containers, wine glasses, and more! - Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags - Coffee & Tea: Starter supplies provided as a courtesy - Other: Insulated cooler Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire free-standing condo. Other things to note - No pets - No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property - No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night) - No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes - Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - Maximum occupancy: 5 people including adults and children - Maximum 3 small cars (or 2 big ones) in tandem parking space Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
