We welcome you to our picturesque waterfront home where you will find peaceful and relaxing view from our dining area and our glass covered porch. Fish or just simply relax from our newly built deck. In addition, our house is truly a treat for fishermen. Lake D' Arbonne is one of the top fishing lakes in the country and home of some of the top fishing tournaments in the US. Even if just for relaxation and to unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Lake D'Arbonne is a great place to go. The space We humbly asks all our guests to read our house rules/additional rules and polices. Please understand we don't know you and we don't have a Crystal ball to see who is good and not. We just need to be the same page to avoid misunderstanding as our house/additional rules and policies will be impose regardless. The house has steps going to the second bathroom, glass porch and going to the back door. The house is not accessible with a wheelchair or a walker. Please read before booking to see if our house meets your expectations. The house has 4 bedrooms, the 4th doesn't have T.V. and the AC doesn't blow as hard as the rest of the rooms. Due to narrow roads and narrow driveway, we have a limited parking space. “NO EVENTS/ FAMILY GATHERINGS HELD in/at the HOUSE”. For liability reasons, only registered/approved guests are allowed on / in the property. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: OWNER/Manager of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to tenant and or their guest(s),or their personal property due to TENANT’S acts, actions or neglect. TENANT agrees to hold OWNER/ Manager harmless against any claim for damage and or injury for the use any structures or equipment, dock or any amenities in/on the house due to TENANTS action or neglect or their guests action or neglect. By booking this property, guests affirms they have accepted our terms and acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their stay, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and manager from any claims, actions, liabilities arising from the Guest's actions or those of any invitees. Guest assumes all risks associated with their stay and agrees to indemnify and hold the owner and the manger Harmless from any claims/ liabilities as a results of the guests actions. My husband and children have Asthma, (NO SMOKING inside the house) smoke and large domestic animals (Fur) triggers it. We only allow small dog. We impose $500.00 penalty for smoking inside the house. We now have added a deck on the lake for our guests to set and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Thank you for your kindness and understanding. Warning: No climbing on the hand rails, Children must be supervise by adults at all times and you may swim at the lake at your own risk. Guest access The house has a Keypad door lock. Guests have access to the house except for locked closet. Door code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Guests can access the house through a narrow road and narrow driveway. Only 3-4 cars will fit on our driveway. NO parking on my neighbors yard/land or at the street. Please be respectful and Considerate to our our neighbors as they don't like guests trespassing on their property. You may fish directly from our deck on our backyard, please bring fishing poles and baits as it is not provided. Please do not get into my neighbors pier/land that is not part of the rental space. Other things to note Due to unpredictable weather, you may experienced power outage, (Entergy Electric) the house doesn't have standby generator. Any belongings left in the house after check out will be in the trash. Weather conditions and road/neighbor's constructions are beyond hosts control.
