Capri, as she is named, is the picture-perfect Cape getaway for your family! As you pull onto the seashell driveway, you are welcomed by roses and hydrangeas galore. At just a 10 minute walk to the neighborhood beach (Belmont Road beach) you are steps from endless fun in the sand. Downtown Dennisport is equally as close for restaurant and bar options, as well as ice cream and shops. The space Welcome to Capri- a charming coastal beach home with plenty of space for the whole family. Capri is located just 0.6 miles away from the neighborhood beach (Belmont Beach), which makes for a quick walk or bike ride (bikes available for your use!) Pleasant Road beach is a mile away and has ample parking. Also within walking distance is Sea View Park, which has a playground and walking paths down to the water. There is parking for three cars on the beautiful seashell driveway, with additional street parking on the quiet road. There is central AC throughout the home, as well as books and games for all ages. The front door opens into a light and bright living room with flat screen TV, complete with streaming services, above the fireplace. Notice the books written by Joe Lincoln himself! Wide-plank knotty pine floors add to the charm. The fully equipped kitchen gives way to the dining room with seating for six, as well as the backyard. The fenced yard is large and flat, with a patio, outdoor shower, and grill. There is a shed that houses bikes and other beach essentials. As you walk down the hallway of the first floor, you’ll find a newly updated full bathroom with shower. There is a HUGE laundry room with washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway is the oversized primary bedroom with two closets, a king bed, and a sitting area with flatscreen TV. Sliding doors open to a delightful three season room for morning coffee or evening wine. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed, closet, and dresser. On the second level of the home, you’ll find two bedrooms just perfect for children. Both have two twin beds and one twin trundle. Also upstairs there is a perfectly nautical half bath. Dennisport is a short stroll or two minute drive away, providing easy access to restaurants, bars, ice cream, and shops. Harwichport is also a quick drive for more dining and shopping options.
