Situated high on the hill overlooking Ekahi Village, our Ekahi 46D condominium offers great views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen and lanai. The vaulted ceilings in this 2nd level condo enhance its open and airy feeling and nicely displays the Hawaiian wall decor. The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless appliances: side by side refrigerator, smooth top electric range & dishwasher... as well as updated kitchen cabinets and a full array of kitchen necessities. One of the tiled baths features a walk-in shower and the other a shower/tub combination. Sleeping accommodations include the large master with a California King bed and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Split A/Cs in both the master bedroom and the living room. The condo includes a bonus room off the master perfect for reading or relaxing by yourself. The lanai has a table for 4 and a cushioned settee. Note: Ekahi no longer can offer any type of gas or electric grills on lanais due to Hawaii Fire Code changes. However, two grilling centers with state of the art gas grills are located within steps of our condominium. The condo is a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the Shops at Wailea which include a Market and many retail shops and restaurants. Three golf courses are within minutes of the condo and the famed Big Beach is a 15 minute drive. Better yet, pack up our beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and cooler and walk down to famous Keawakapu beach immediately adjoining Ekahi. If you want a quicker fix of sun and relaxation, walk the few steps to the pool by the condo. Our competitive rates reflect that the largest Pavilion pool and beach access is about a 8 minute walk from the condo. Please Note: Ekahi is a Smoke-Free Condominium Complex. We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 days or longer. We do charge a $170 housekeeping fee.
