This residence offers 2 floors, with a full kitchen, living room space, three season porch, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and an amazing outdoor space with a private sauna. You do not want to miss this home! -Walking distance from nearby hiking trails, Lighthouse Beach, and the quaint village of Annisquam -10 minute drive to Downtown Gloucester ☆☆ FIRST FLOOR ☆☆ Walk into this cute cottage through the three season porch, where you will find the dining area, complete with seating for 6. Once you enter the home, you are welcomed by a full kitchen, complete with all the essentials you could need for a home cooked meal. There is also a kitchen table perfect for a quick bite. Off of this kitchen you will find a convenient half bathroom, and the living room, which has a sofa bed for any additional guests. Beyond the living room, there is another 3 season porch which has an extra twin bed. ☆☆ SECOND FLOOR ☆☆ Climb the stairs to the second floor, where you will find the two main bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. In the queen bedroom, you can also find a desk, perfect for any remote work you may need to get done during your getaway. These bedrooms have closets and dressers for clothing storage. The last room on this floor is the full bathroom with a tub. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ You do not want to miss the outdoor space at this property!
