Welcome to the Gateway to the Great Northern, the ideal place for family, groups of friends to call home in Helena. This beautiful spacious home has everything that you will need. You are right in the heart of Helena's historic downtown, walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, Carroll College, and fantastic bouquets. If you are here during spring and summer, our Farmers Market on Saturdays. Come visits Helena, Montana we are available year-round come stay with us, spend holidays with us! The space This spacious home consists of 2 bedrooms with king beds,2 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 full bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room table that seats 10, with a bar consisting of 4 bar stools, family room, sunken living rooms with a beautiful pellet stove. Every room has a large smart TV with Free WI-FI. This house provides the following: air conditioning, washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, coffee pods, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, towels, sheets, blankets and pillows too, including a portable crib. All the necessities of a home! We have added a Blink camera to only the front door to see when guests check in and check out only. We do have an attached private suite that is separated by an acoustic security / firewall door and Foyer. We may have guest booked in the neighboring suite during your stay, we ask you to please be mindful of your neighbors! Guest access Fully fence backyard to interact with your family and friends. BBQ grill, outdoor furniture and a place for your furry family member to hang out as well. 2 Parking spaces in the front driveway and we will provide you with a temporary parking pass for street parking for an extra vehicle. Other things to note If this home isn't big enough, we have an attached private suite "The Great Northern Suite" that can be booked separately. This large suite consists of 1 king bed, full bathroom, living room, a coffee bar with coffee pods and a minifridge. The suite is separated by acoustic security/ fire door and foyer. If you book the whole property that will be 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 4 parking spaces on the property. We will provide temporary parking passes for 2 extra vehicles. Pets are Welcome, must notify property manager for approval. There is a $35.00 pet fee per pet. Petiquette for House Guests with Pets: Please clean up after your pets, we provided poop bags. Accidents can happen. We ask you to please clean up after your pets immediately. Don't let your pets lounge on the furniture or sleep on the beds. Pets are not allowed to be alone in the home unless you have them in a kennel. Please be mindful of your neighbors! Keep control over dogs barking. We suggest that you bring kennel, bedding, your pets’ favorite toys, food and treats, along with your pet eating and drinking dishes so they may have a wonderful time on vacation too.
