Miamoor: Quiet Comfort, Great Views

Miamoor sits on a high point of the island near Siasconset for commanding views of the surrounding moors, ocean and Sankaty Head Lighthouse from the second story. Tom Nevers beach is an easy walk or bike (not provided) ride a mile away. Away from the crowds in Nantucket Town for amazing peace and quiet, and yet a bike ride or a nearby shuttle will get you there for great shopping, eating and touring historical sites on the island. Pets are allowed with pet fee; please see pet policy. The space Miamoor is a charming cottage featuring four bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with XL twin beds and 1 with a single bed. One full bathroom is downstairs with a tub/shower and the upstairs full bath has a shower. There is also an outdoor shower. The living and dining area is spacious and the table comfortably seats six guests. The kitchen was totally remodeled in 2021 with new appliances and fully equipped. There is also a new washer and dryer downstairs for our guests to use. The large backyard deck is large with furniture for dining and relaxing, a grill and the best place to view amazing Nantucket sunsets. There is high speed internet as well as a flat screen TV in the living room downstairs. Other things to note We are a pet friendly cottage, but do require a pre-approval of the number/type and size of pets. Please inquire with the host prior to booking. A pet fee is required.
