The space The home has been tastefully designed with décor to make you really set into “beach mode”. The space is a perfect location for a family or group to relax and enjoy a shore getaway! LIVING ROOM: -The living room has comfortable couches and seating along with a large TV for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs, just streaming apps). The kitchen has all the appliances and a kitchen table to seat 4. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: -The home has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. -The bedrooms have TV's for your viewing pleasure (no cable, just streaming apps). -Each bedroom is tastefully designed and included clothing storage/closets and cozy bed linens. BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen Sized bed, a Smart TV and spacious full bathroom with a double vanity and tub. BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen Sized bed. BEDROOM 3: 1 Bunk Bed- Twin Sized over a Full Sized Futon Sleeper. BATHROOM: -There is an ensuite full bath in bedroom 1, with a double vanity and tub. -There is 1 full bathroom in the hallway, with a tub, for the bedrooms to share. BACKYARD & DECK: -You may enjoy the backyard and back deck which has a table & chairs and a grill. -Please note that we do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid, guests must supply their own. AMENITIES: -The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! LOCATION: -Located in the Venice Park area of Atlantic City, this ranch style home is cute, cozy and a great vicinity to all that AC has to offer! Guest access ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests have access to the complete home, driveway, front yard and backyard. -The main entrance is through the back door off the back deck by the driveway. -This is a ranch style home so there are no interior stairs, but there are several steps up to the back door and front door. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: -Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -There is a driveway for 1 vehicle. -There is ample free street parking in front of the home. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. Other things to note HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Salty Stowaway", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable.
