Welcome to my beautiful home in the newly developed Crossings at Deer Creek in Ankeny, Iowa. This home is conveniently located 2 miles East of I-35 to give you quick access to the highway whether you are going to Ames (20 minutes) or downtown Des Moines (20 minutes). Enjoy the district in Ankeny for night out with amazing restaurants, or maybe a concert or show in downtime Des Moines, or Iowa state football game. My goal is to have a relaxing quiet stay in a very comfortable space. The space The house is 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master has a king size foam bed that is very cozy, bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 has a queen size cooling gel bed, and downstairs, the 4th bedroom has a dedicated computer desk, 55” TV (includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, ESPN, Sling), Wi-Fi, couch love seat, and your own private bathroom with shower (blow dryer, towels, and toiletries included). The main living room has a 65” flat screen TV that is hung (includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, ESPN, Sling) and plenty of couch space for the whole family. The house also comes with Amazon Alexa to listen to music while you enjoy the space. Both bedroom 1 and 2 have board games and puzzles in the closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, and silverware to make the entire family meals. The deck has an amazing view of farm land and downtown Des Moines with table and chairs. I have made sure that the house can comfortably fit the entire family. Guest access You will have access to the whole house with the exception of the garage. The balcony with a truly amazing view of Iowa farmland and downtown Des Moines on the horizon. You will also have access to the 65” TV in the main area. Guests do have access to the washer and dryer if needed. Guests will also have access to the driveway and free parking on the street. No garage access at this time. Other things to note I DO NOT allow guest to bring pets. NO EXCEPTIONS. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.
