Killer breakfast spots right around the corner. Walk a block to the Saturday Farmers Market! This is the perfect space for Birthday Parties, Bachelor or Bachelorette, and more! This is a private space, large studio loft right in downtown Cedar Rapids. The only listing in CR that can host groups of up to 14 people. There’s a kitchen with an apartment size fridge and freezer. (Larger than dorm but smaller than a full size) Sleeping for your group is in a shared space. There are two queen beds, two full size beds on wheels under the queens, two futon couches in the living room, and a futon mattress in the loft. Smart TV and WiFi available. Parking is on the street but is free after 5pm-9am and free on the weekends. You’ll be close to great restaurants and activities. Guests have full and private access to the space. Around the corner from a quarter Video Game Retro Arcade - Quarter Barrel. Midtown Station serves breakfast all day and is also a bar with a great atmosphere and patio just around the block. Directly at the front of the building you can find Yoga! In the summer months, walk a block to the Farmer's Market. You'll also be a just a few blocks from multiple concert and entertainment venues - Theater Cedar Rapids, Alliant Energy Center, McGrath Amphitheater, Paramount Theater, and Penguins Comedy Club. You won't have any issues parking, and anything you'd want to see downtown can be easily accessed by walking. The closer you get to downtown the harder parking gets, so it's perfect to have your parking be close to your stay and be able to walk to get where you want to be within downtown. Maps estimates a 16 minute walk (.8 miles) to the Mcgrath Ampitheatre. About a block to the Saturday Cedar Rapids Farmer's Market.
