The space The condo is on the second floor, so you will have to go up stairs to get to the unit (22 steps one way, 16 the other). A detailed video tour will be provided before your check in. Guest access Washer and dryer is in shared space. Outdoor deck is also shared space. Other things to note First story tenant is a commercial space and is currently occupied by a restaurant. Exhaust fans for the kitchen are near the back deck and can smell like a restaurant when in operation. The odors from the restaurant from inside the building are not noticeable to me. If you are nose sensitive, I might suggest another location. Parking spot is not suitable for larger vehicles. If you drive a truck or larger SUV please do not park in this dedicated spot and park on the steet. A larger vehicle makes the parking area unusable for other residents and I will get complaints from the housing association. I have decided to limit the size of your party to 6 guests. The COMFORT of your party is to be decided by you. The unit has ONE king bed, ONE queen bed and ONE full pull out. Can 6 adults sleep in the unit? Yes.
