Our 5 bedroom property is perfect for large families, holiday gatherings, or anyone looking for a spacious yet cozy place to call their home away from home. Enjoy our modern kitchen, hot tub, home office with desktop/printer, master suite with a jacuzzi, Xbox, foosball & tons of games while you're here! Walk in the front door and you will see an open foyer, with marble tile and high ceilings! A sitting room with a beautiful baby grand piano that you are welcome to play! The rest of the main floor includes a formal dining area, a large fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, laundry room, a parlor, and a living room with a large smart TV and fireplace! Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master suite with a king bed, his and her closets, a small balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs with a total of 2 queen beds and 2 full beds. One of the bedrooms is complete with a workstation including a desktop computer and printer. Come enjoy all of the fun our basement has to offer! We've got a foosball table, tons of games, and a second living room with plenty of seating. We provide another TV, an Xbox gaming system, and gaming chairs. We've also got another bedroom with a queen bed and an on-suite bathroom with a shower in the basement. The shower comes in handy if you choose to relax in our hot tub just outside of the basement! The hot tub is equipped with jets all throughout, a lounger, a blue tooth sound system, waterfalls and color changing lights. We've got a huge well-maintained semi-fenced yard, a deck with outdoor dining furniture, an electric grill, and an outdoor heater. You have the entire place to yourself. Spread out, relax and enjoy our large property basketball hoop in the driveway and backyard! We also will need to come treat/service the hot tub on occasion (i.e. if the stay is longer than 3 days). This beautiful home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clive, IA. We're close to Cosi Cucina Italian Grill, Cool Basil, Krispy Kreme (walking distance), Valley West Mall, Target, Hy-Vee and many other shops, bars, grocery stores, and restaurants! Location, location, location, we are very centrally located! Less than 5 minute drive to Interstate-235, you can get to Downtown Des Moines, the Historic East Village, Valley Junction, or Jordan Creek Town Center in less than 15 minutes! You can even see the city skyline view from one of the bedrooms upstairs! ★No Parties or Events ‣ Neighborhood enforced quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM ★No Smoking or Drugs ‣ No smoking on the property, of any kind. Smoking in the home will result in a $200 fine ★Pet Rules ‣ No pets ★No unstated overnight guests ‣ Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will result in a $50 fee per guest, per night without prior approval from the host. ★Check-in and Check-out ‣ Standard Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later ‣ Standard Check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier. ★Late Check-out Available with 48 hr notice, subject to availability for a $50 fee. A $100 late check-out fine will be charged for any unapproved late checkout. ★Early Check-in Available, ‣48 Hrs notice ‣subject to availability, for a $50 fee. Early check-ins do need to be confirmed and paid for at least two days before your check-in date.
