Cozy 5-bedroom property is perfect for large families, holiday gatherings, or anyone looking for a spacious place to call their home away from home. Location, location, location and you will be near all that Des Moines has to offer while enjoying privacy & quiet!We're located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy our modern kitchen, wet bar, FAST wi-fi, hot tub, master suite with a jacuzzi, ping pong, foosball, tons of board games to enjoy! Video tours on IG “Cozyhomeaway.” The space Walk in the front door and you will see an open foyer, with marble tile and high ceilings! A sitting room with plenty of games that you are welcome to play! The rest of the main floor includes a formal dining area, a large fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, laundry room, a parlor, and a living room with a large smart TV and fireplace! Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master suite with a king bed, his and her closets, a small balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs with a total of 2 queen beds and 2 full beds. One of the bedrooms is complete with a workstation including a desktop computer and printer. Every bedroom has a television. Come enjoy all of the fun our basement has to offer! We've got a foosball table, tons of games, ping pong table and a second living room with plenty of seating. We provide another TV, an Xbox gaming system, and gaming chairs. We've also got another bedroom with a queen bed and an on-suite bathroom with a shower in the basement. The shower comes in handy if you choose to relax in our hot tub just outside of the basement! The hot tub is equipped with jets all throughout, a lounger, a blue tooth sound system, waterfalls and color changing lights. We've got a huge well-maintained semi-fenced yard, a deck with outdoor dining furniture, and an electric grill. Guest access You have the entire place to yourself. Spread out, relax and enjoy our large property, hot tub, basketball hoop in the driveway and the large backyard! Other things to note ★No Parties or Events ‣ Neighborhood enforced quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM 🚭No Smoking or Drugs ‣ No smoking or drugs on, inside or near the property, of any kind. Smoking will result in a $200 fine and guests will have to evacuate 🚫Pet Rules ‣ No pets 🚫No Pets on, inside or near the property and this will result in a $200 fine and guests will have to evacuate the property ★No unstated overnight guests ‣ Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will result in a $50 fee per guest, per night without prior approval from the host. ★Check-in and Check-out ‣ Standard Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later ‣ Standard Check-out time is 11:00 am or earlier. ★Late Check-out Available with 48 hr notice, subject to availability for a $50 fee. A $100 late check-out fine will be charged for any unapproved late checkout. ★Early Check-in Available, ‣48 Hrs notice ‣subject to availability, for a $50 fee. Early check-ins do need to be confirmed and paid for at least two days before your check-in date.
