Basement private bedroom and private bathroom

You will rent a private room located in the basement of a private house. The entire house has been renovated and the basement has a finished look. Entrance to the private room is through a separate private door which leads down to the bedroom. You will have access to a private bathroom as well. The space Once in the room take time to enjoy park like neighborhood which is very close {two blocks} from the large public Weequahic Park. The park which includes a jogging Trail, biking trail, golf course, Lake, basketball court, soccer field, baseball field, Etc. It has something for everyone! Guest access The space where the room is located is adjacent to the house laundry room. Guest can also use the sun room which is upstairs and near the entrance to the basement room. During your stay We live upstairs in the same house, so we are available for questions or comments. Other things to note The basement bedroom is next door to the laundry room and guest may hear sound of the washing machine and or dryer while in their room. Also, for everyone's safety video cameras are on the outside perimeter of the property.
