The space One of the best and unique feels of this home is our unique reading nook perfect for those that want to have their own space adjacent to the living room sectional. Another feature of our home is the indoor hammock attached to the ceiling of the master bedroom. It is an amazing piece built for one person which is handmade and woven from Puerto Vallarta. There is plenty of backyard space that wraps around the house which is ideal for kids to play around in a safe and secure neighborhood. All of the rooms have their own theme but still provide quality sleep and amenities. In regards to workspace, we have a dedicated workstation for those that need to study, print papers, and utilize this space for business purposes. Lastly, we have a bar cart that would be great for enjoying a relaxing time with your family. Guest access There are 6 dedicated spaces you will be able to park in. 2 inside the garage and 4 outside in the driveway. We ask that guests please do not park on the street per policy rules. The best methods of transportation are rental cars at the Shreveport Regional Airport, Uber, and Lyft. It is very easy to find as well as easily accessible to the main road/parkway. Our home comes with a smart lock system that can be controlled by an app and for those who prefer simplicity, we will send your unique numerical access code prior to check-in. Further instructions are provided automatically prior to check-in. Other things to note A high chair and pack n play (playpen) are available. Please let us know in advance. Please note that parking is limited to the six spots on the driveway as well as the two inside the garage. This is a community HOA, so please ensure that no street parking is parked overnight. Shoes will be taken off at the front of the home as much as possible to ensure that you can enjoy the tile floor throughout your home. Please use your complimentary house slippers for indoor use. For your convenience, all cooking, drinkware, eating utensils, and cleaning supplies are also included. If you would like to bring pets, please inquire first before booking. A one-time pet fee of $200 will be requested for the entirety of your stay to include a maximum of two pets.
