The Old Town Inn is a spacious four bedroom house with lots of character located in the middle of Sioux Center. Whether you're coming to town for a ball game, a college visit, or to visit family and friends, you'll have plenty of space to relax or spend time with loved ones. Located a few blocks from Dordt University and downtown Sioux Center, the Old Town Inn offers a home away from home whatever the reason for your visit. The space This spacious house has wood floors with beautiful wood trim throughout. The kitchen has an island for eating, working, or just enjoying a beverage. Our full kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. The dining room table extends at both ends to seat 6-8 people. Relax in the living room with a good book, your favorite show streamed over the wifi enabled TV, or enjoy conversation with family and friends. When the weather is nice, sit on the front porch and enjoy the day. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized bed, a desk, and a large closet. The upstairs has three bedrooms and a TV / playroom. There's a smaller room with a full sized bed and two larger bedrooms with a queen and king. The playroom is a perfect place to the kids play or watch TV. A pack and play is available as well. There are 2 full bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower, while the upstairs bathroom has a shower. There is a washer and drier available in the basement. Guest access Guests can park in the driveway with easy access to the back door. Our neighborhood is great for walking or driving.
