Spacious Cottage near Pleasant Bay

We call this our tree top cottage. It sits up on a hill overlooking the trees. The cottage is 1000 sq ft and is an open, bright and clean space that is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, safe for kids and bikes. We are near a boat landing and a 10 min drive to all ocean/bay beaches. Orleans is the perfect central location to the best of Cape Cod, abutting both the national seashore with its 40 miles of undeveloped ocean beaches, as well as the calm tidal waters of Cape Cod Bay. The space Enjoy your morning coffee in the large combined living/dining area with its cathedral ceilings and panoramic windows. Comfortably sleeps 6 with two full baths. Deck and hammock to relax on. The cottage is located behind several acres of wooded conservation land and walking trails. 20 minute walk (2 min drive) to Pleasant Bay and boat landing where you can launch to explore the National Seashore's famous ocean barrier beach, and the tributaries and islands of Pleasant Bay. Parking for 3 cars. Guest access Guest access to entire house and basement with exclusion of the locked owners closet. Other things to note Quiet, clean, friendly dogs ok for fee ($20/day). Dogs must be house trained and must not chew or sleep on furniture. We do not provide linen service. However, there are plenty of beach/bath towels and sheets available in the house. If guests use house linens you are responsible for washing, drying and returning towels and sheets to storage upon departure. Please accept that our cottage is just that; a cottage. It is a charming 3-season cedar cottage that does not have fancy amenities or modern details, as is reflected in our pricing. We love it though and hope you do too.
