The front of the house features an open, comfortable and nicely furnished living room area, including a farm table that seats six as well as a half bath. The rear of the house features a newly renovated, well equipped kitchen including granite countertops and new appliances. A slider off the kitchen opens onto a small deck with two chairs and a table leading down to a fully fenced, private backyard that features a table, six chairs and umbrella as well as a comfortable lounge area with cushioned seating, outdoor rugs and canopy lighting. There is a new cedar outdoor shower off the back of the house. A brand new full size stacked washer & dryer is located in closet between living room and kitchen. Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms, full and half bath. The master bedroom has Queen size bed and the half bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has three twin beds plus a trundle bed for a fourth bed option. The house is well equipped with dual zones for heat & central A/C, cable, internet and WIFI as well as 6 complimentary beach badges included.
