Just a 2 minute walk to Waikiki beach & Duke statue where EVERYONE WANTS TO BE! This cozy studio is located on the top floor (Penthouse level) of the 12th-floor building. The location is perfect for guests who want to stay close to Waikiki Beach, restaurants & stores and ALL actions! International Market Place is just a quick 5 minutes walk. It's not a large studio but cozy, clean, bright, and perfect for up to 2 guests. - Once you pay through Airbnb, you don't need to pay anything extra when you check in. No resort fees. No additional fees. - Legally permitted vacation rental unit in the hotel/resort zone. - Security guards and Elevator access FOB for safety - 1 Queen-size bed - Enjoy mountain view from the private lanai (balcony) - A/C, free high-speed Wifi, Table set for two, and HDTV - Refrigerator, microwave, and a single electric cooktop, coffee maker (w/coffee), toaster, rice cooker, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and silverware in the kitchenette. - Bath towels, hand towels and Beach towels are provided. - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and hair dryer are provided. - Shower (no bathtub) - Car rental place is conveniently located right in front of our building. - Limited public parking in the building is $30 for 24 hours or free street parking by the zoo. We suggest renting a car for only a day or 2 days when you want to explore outside Waikiki, like North Shore, Kailua, and Lanikai Beach. *Most of the Waikiki condo unit has its own window A/C unit. If you are not used to a wall A/C, you will be aware of the sound. *Please know that Waikiki's condominium buildings are older and not fancy like resort hotels. *Waikiki is not a quiet place.
