There is a shared backyard with pool. Other things to note HOUSE RULES No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke. Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest. We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in. Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you. We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
