Walk to Tamarindo Beach - Quiet, Cozy Condo Coco

Pura Vida! We remodeled this condo in 2020 during the pandemic. Some modern flare all while using some local hardwoods. It’s definitely a step above the ordinary Costa Rican-style rental. My wife and I would love for you to stay at our condo. If surfing, endless restaurant options, shops, sport fishing, sunset sailing, and gorgeous sunsets with a drink in your hand sitting on the beach is your dream, then Tamarindo needs to be your next vacation from life's stress. The space With countless surf schools, beautiful sand beaches, and mountains, Tamarindo is the perfect getaway for any couple looking to experience a relaxing way of life. Pueblo Del Mar #14 is a 1 Bd, 1 bath condo rental steps from the beach without the heavy price tag. Our home is a two-story unit with the kitchen and living room on the main level with the bedroom/bathroom on the upper level. Our remodel during covid makes the condo feel very comfortable, yet allows you to enjoy the simplicities of Costa Rica. There is a nice seating area in front for coffee in the shade in the morning and another rear seating area for afternoon shade. We have an AC unit on the lower level and also in the bedroom for your comfort. We have fast Internet (currently 100 Mbps but typically tests out at 55-60) with a 43" smart TV so you can stream on your own NetFlix or Amazon prime account (just log in and go - don't forget to log out when you leave). Most channels on local cable are Spanish so we opted for faster internet instead so you can stream on your accounts or work from paradise if you work online like us. We have a fully stocked kitchen for you (A beautiful new market just a block away) to make your own meals and maybe some fresh-caught fish from your day out sportfishing. For those who may just want to relax (you should as you are on vacation), we have a gorgeous pool just steps from the front door for you to enjoy. With the beach and all of the town's amenities within a few short minutes walking distance, the possibilities are endless. Tour companies are on almost every corner to help you plan your vacation if you need it. Pueblo Del Mar #14 is in a private gated community in the shape of an oval with a pool in the center. Our unit has its own security cameras at the front and rear entry doors. The outside area has a community pool surrounded by lush tropical trees and plants with outdoor lounge chairs and gazebo. Guest access Self Check-in with door keypad. There is also a Bank 1 block away just in case you need to exchange currency, however, everyone typically accepts US currency and most restaurants, grocery stores, and bars accept credit cards as well. We often hear and see howler monkeys daily (mostly in mornings) climbing from tree to tree and on our rooftop. Come enjoy Tamarindo, one of Costa Rica's finest areas. Pura Vida! Other things to note WATER: Water is a very precious resource here in Guanacaste. Please be mindful of water usage especially during the month of DEC - MAY when we are without rain for months and the town shuts off water periodically to conserve water. The condo building has a water tank reserve, however, there are times where water is shut down to conserve water, during our summer months. Security Camera: There is one security camera at the main entrance of the unit to allow for guest-host communication.
