Cozy floral theme room

Comfortable, cozy room in a lovely home located across the street from Monmouth University with the beach nearby. Monmouth Race track, Pier Village Monmouth Mall, Asbury Park and Red bank are all a few minutes drive. The room is on the second floor so steps are involved. Close to train and many shore restaurants and attractions. We will pick you up from the train. There is room for one car per room. Arrangements for multiple cars must be made in advance. The space This cozy bedroom has a floral theme with one double bed. Guests must share a bathroom as I rent two rooms. Guests have shared use of living space including TV room, living room, dining room and deck areas as well as kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the Access to Internet. Parking is available off street tandem style. There is room for only one car. Arrangements must be made in advance for multiple cars to park nearby. During your stay Based on our guests wishes. I love meeting new people and I am happy to get to know our guests or give them all the privacy they need. Guests may contact me at anytime via cell phone. We live and work out of our home so we are usually nearby if you need anything during your stay. There is a small dog on property and she loves to interact too! But if you wish we can keep her secluded during your stay. Other things to note Check in time is after 2:00 pm Check out is 12:00 noon I am flexible with these times if possible.
