Great 2 Bedroom Townhome at Waikoloa Resort! The space Enjoy resort living at Colony Villas 201, a spacious two-story townhome located at the renowned Waikoloa Beach Resort. This 2-bedroom home is perfect for families or friends, and is close to all the best beaches, restaurants and shopping on the Kohala Coast. The home has a loft floor plan with high ceilings. The spacious downstairs has a living room, a full kitchen and an outdoor patio for meals under the tropical skies. A guest bedroom is located downstairs and comes with either two twin beds or a king bed as you request. A full bathroom with a shower and tub is located nearby. Upstairs the master bedroom has a queen bed, a small office area and an outdoor patio. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a tub. Colony Villas 201 is located just a few steps away from an amenity center with a pool, propane BBQs and plenty of space to lounge and relax. Guests will also gain access to a second amenity center located a 5-minute walk away that has a large pool, a hot tub, a gym and BBQs. Free Wifi! Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. All guests who stay at the Colony Villas at Waikoloa will have access to use two communal pools & hot tub, tennis courts, communal gas BBQ's (first come, first serve basis) and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Colony Villas is a non-smoking property. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price).
