There is a dryer and a washer outside, 1 parking space available to use. There are lots of super markets/shops/restaurants such as 7-11, Walgreens, Longs Drugs, McDonalds, Papa John's and much more international cruisines nearby. Located in Waipahu, Oahu, neighboring Pearl Harbor, and only 16 minutes car drive away from the airport, 8 mins from the biggest outlet on the island, 11 mins to Costco, 5 mins of walking away from the nearest bus stop. Noise isolation is mild. It's very quiet here and the noise of traffic is not heard. The barking of dogs can be heard occasionally. Security within the community is solid, neighbors are friendly.
