The Blue Willow Guest House is only 4 blocks from Historic Downtown Bozeman, so just a quick stroll to parks, music, bars, restaurants, galleries and great shopping. It is also close to MSU, the Museum and a short drive to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort! House is decorated in a country cozy style, with Montana nostalgia and original art and antiques. Beds have Pendleton blankets in the winter, high thread count sheets. Bathroom stocked lots of white fluffy towels and basics like shampoo and conditioner, body wash and soap. Fresh local coffee provided and there is also a Kurig with a variety of options. I will give you directions and information a few days before your arrival and provide you with your pin pad pass code the day you check-in. I live just behind the Blue Willow. I travel quite a bit and own a business on main street so I am not home all the time, but I'm almost always available by text or phone. I let guests decide how much interaction they prefer- it's your vacation, but I'm available and a great local resource if you need me. The Blue Willow was built in the late 1930's and many homes that surround it are of that era. It is a residential neighborhood with a great park and public pool 1 block away. Main street is 4 blocks away with great restaurants and retail shops. Trails to the mountains are a short walk away. Bridger Ski Resort is 16 miles away. Taxis are kind of rare, but uber just started operating here. Otherwise it's best to rent a car- especially so you can get to Yellowstone or hiking trails and our blue ribbon rivers to fish. There is a local bus line just 4 blocks away that will take you to the university and all over town to the main attractions.
