The space Our cozy and well-equipped space is perfect for those who's in town for business, sightseeing, and visiting families. Our Airbnb is approved and permitted by the the town of Concord, so you can stay with confidence. Warm and inviting space to foster a relaxing stay. Two-and-a-half acres of private property with resort-like backyard. The apartment with stone lined walkway and private entry. It has sun-filled rooms, renovated full bath and wet bar with granite counters and beverage fridge. We can also, and are happy to, accommodate small children with a travel crib. Crib is $20/stay. Guest access The backyard is yours when you're staying with us. Please make yourself feel at home. We have beautiful outdoor furniture for you to use between spring and fall. Due to liability issues, our pool and fire pit are not available for guests. WINTER SNOW REMINDERS : Winter weather can be unpredictable in New England and snow storms are common. Please keep in mind that this is a home, not a hotel. We may not be always able to keep the driveway clear at our guests convenience as the weather can be too harsh for us to go out to work on it. Please communicate your plans and needs and we will do our best to accommodate. Other things to note To get the best Airbnb experience, we ask that all guests must book with his/her own Airbnb account - NO BOOKING FOR FRIENDS OR FAMILIES. This is the only way for our guests to be aware of the rules and set the right expectations of our space. Most importantly, we can write a fair review for each other.
