The space POOL: 16 x 36 ft. saltwater pool for your exclusive use. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is not heated. The shallow end ranges from depths of 3.3 to 4.3 ft. The deep end is 8 ft. BEDS: We have a range of bed sizes and types to suit individual preferences. Lower floor: - Bedroom #1 with queen bed - Bedroom #2 with queen bed Upper floor: - Bedroom #3 with two twin beds - Bedroom #4 with one queen bed - Bedroom #5 with one king bed - Bedroom #6 with one twin bed Common area beds: -Three foldable (twin) memory foam mattresses -One rolling cot with foam mattress -One futon chair KITCHEN: Stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, utensils, and mixing bowls. Appliances include a toaster and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. We supply coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper for your convenience. DINING ROOM: The dining room table seats six. We keep a folding table and ten folding chairs in the closet of the downstairs queen bedroom to extend seating capacity for larger groups. BATHROOMS: The home has two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The downstairs bath has a Jacuzzi jetted tub. It also has a grab bar on the wall near the toilet. LAUNDRY: You'll have exclusive access to our washer and dryer. The laundry machines are in the smaller downstairs bedroom. We offer quick, easy check-in with keypad locks. Guest access Full house and yard with private pool. Please note that the owner has storage in the basement and may be on the premises during your stay. The basement has its own entrance and is separate from the living space. ADDITIONAL INFO AND POLICIES: The house is ideal for groups of business travelers as well as families visiting for events such as weddings and graduations. We supply a hood hair dryer to facilitate set curls and updo's for special occasions. We provide some toiletries, such as shampoo and hand soap, and enough paper supplies to start your trip. Although we welcome family gatherings, we don't allow parties or extra guests. This is a college town, so noise and party ordinances are strictly enforced. No dancing. No loud noise or music. Out of respect for our community, violators will be shut down immediately. Please note that we don't allow water balloons of any kind. This includes reusable ones. No unlawful activities. We have exterior cameras and we're close enough to the local police station that they can see this house from their windows. Please don't put us or you in a position where they have to get involved. We want you to enjoy the house, so we ask that you review the rules before booking to ensure that we can meet your needs. Violators may be subject to fees of up to $1,000 per violation and/or have their trip canceled without a refund. We offer quick, easy check-in with keypad locks. Other things to note Pool is open in the summer months only. This is a non-smoking property. We do not host smokers. We require acceptance of our renter agreement and a security deposit hold.
