Rental Certificate #: BOHR-19-2064 On the water in Ptown is fabulous - sitting inside and looking thru the glass or out on the large deck. You are part of the environment. Walk right down the stairs into the water. How great is that? And right next door to Capt. Jack's Wharf. The interior is almost 600 square feet of open space, comfortably and creatively furnished with folk art pieces, the owners' own artwork and nice furniture including a comfortable L shaped couch and armchair. Sit back and enjoy the sun through the overhead skylight spanning the entire width of the living room and experience the warmth of the wide-plank pine flooring throughout or enjoy the large screen cable TV. The entire apt. is available plus the equally large outdoor deck. I live upstairs in my own apartment. I love to interact with guests, but leave it up to them, respecting their privacy as I would expect them to respect mine. West end of Provincetown is the most historic. So lots of fun wandering around the neighborhood seeing all the different houses and yards full of flowers, including my own deck. Walking along the beach a treat. Water lapping at and under your deck. Water activities galore. People watching one of the best activities anywhere. And right down the street is one of the best deli/baked good places in Town - Relish. Transportation in Ptown is best on foot or bike. Beaches not far at all (besides your own waterfront beach right off your deck!!). Car gets you to further beaches (Race Point, Herring Cove or other beaches in nearby towns), but you really want to give up your car whilst here and relax. Plenty to do right where you are. There are some free street parking options nearby but they are few. In the summer you can park in paid spots on the street or the West End Parking Lot just down the street. You may want to consider purchasing a visitor permit from the Town which lets you park anywhere (except the Municipal Lot in the center of Town) for $175 for the entire season. May be worth it even for a short stay since lots can run $30/day. FOR STAYS OF A WEEK OR LONGER I REIMBURSE THE VISITOR PERMIT FEE. I welcome well behaved dogs. Ptown is a very dog friendly town. I only ask that you not leave your dog alone if possible or at least assure me that it will not be a constant barker bothering the neighbors. I also ask that you keep your dog off the furniture and bedding or use covers. There is a$150 pet fee. Please a maximum of two dogs. Provincetown, and particularly waterfront property, is a very historic town and all the properties are very close together. Tho that is not a problem privacy-wise or noise wise, you must be aware that in the summer, Ptown is very busy. That indeed is part of the fun and charm.
