Your family/friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located space in rural Malvern. It sits next door to Art Church Iowa, 1 block from Main St and 2 blocks from the Wabash Trace Nature Trail. Art House is a Gallery to Zack Jones’ paintings and can be used in conjunction with Art Church Weddings. Zack hosts Art Church Iowa Airbnb next door. The space The Art House is a 3 bedroom with full kitchen, living room, and art gallery(with work desk). There is 1 large restroom and 1/2 bathroom attached to a bedroom. The Art House has oil paintings adoring the walls and places to sit and write or read your next novel. There is also an outdoor patio with fire pit. Main Street is 1/2 block away! The Saturday Malvern Concert Series June-July 6:30-9:30 is across the street! Guest access Guests have full range of the house and outdoor patio. Please park on Prospect(facing south) next to the Art House side(east) entrance. The garage parking is not part of the Airbnb. The parking lot at the adjacent property is available on the weekends. Other things to note This house is a farm style home. It has new central air conditioning but with extreme heat and humidity in the summer the upstairs will not cool to the same degree as the downstairs regardless what the thermostat is set to. There is duct work in each upstairs bedroom including ceiling fans in 2 of the 3 rooms. The 3rd bedroom with twin beds stays the coolest and has a floor fan. If you are familiar with older style homes this is not uncommon. If your expectations are hotel cold settings this may not be the place for you in the hottest summer conditions.
