Guest access Full private access Other things to note ★ CONSTRUCTION ★ Recreation deck is under renovations starting April 7th which includes the pool, hot tub and play castle (expected to be finished in 2026) men’s and women’s Saunas are available but there may be noise and dust Monday -Friday 9am-4pm. Weekends remain quiet ★ PARTY SQUASHER ★ We have a device installed that measures the occupancy of our apartment in real time by sensing the presence of mobile phones in the unit. It does not record video or audio. ★ EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT ★ Requests for early check in and late check out must be requested when booking. It must be confirmed by host in message thread if request can be honored otherwise normal times will apply ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Our guest's health, safety, and well-being are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we use an extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ LAUNDRY FACILITY: Paid washers and dryers are located on the same floor and also on every floor. Washers and dryers, including detergent vending machines, accept credit card payments (App) and quarters. The condo association does not allow a washer & dryer installed within the condo unit. ★ PARTY/GROUP/EVENTS NOT PERMITTED: This suite does not permit to convene parties or similar events for that purpose. If you are planning a party or group event, do not book this suite. ★ DISCLAIMERS ★ ✔ Privately owned suites do not have access to front desk services or daily cleanings. This suite is independently owned and managed ✔ Sorry the building does not provide surfboard storage and does not allow surfboards into the elevators. Bodyboards bikes and skateboards are allowed. ✔ There's no dishwasher in this unit (very common in Hawaii) but I have all the tools for easy hand-washing ✔ We advise our travelers to accept the Airbnb Travel Insurance which is being offered together when you book your accommodation. Can also go to Travel Insurance dot com to get a quote and comparison for third-party insurance. ✔ NO MAIL SERVICE: No mail delivery. This is a full-time vacation rental and you won't receive your mail and packages. (Ubereats, door dash and grocery delivery are allowed) ✔ The building does maintenance on plumbing (water shut down) and elevators (notices will be posted in the elevator and we will try to remind you as well) ✔ no pets are allowed including emotional support animals. For trained service animals please message me as I have other units that are more animal friendly ✔ The garage has a 6-foot (72 inches) height limit (lifted vehicles, larger SUV may not fit) ✔Bed is not standard King sized, it is wider than Cali King but shorter so if you are tall 6’2 and higher may be too short for you. THE BUILDING: ♛ There is a great little coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators ♛ There is a great little convenience store on the ground floor as well ♛ Biki bicycle rental outside of the building HOW TO GET HERE: From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 15-25 minutes’ ride.
