Guest can access entire condo and resort facilities: 1 free parking 3 swimming pools 3 gas BBQ islands 6 tennis courts Other things to note ★ If you are sensitive to noise Luckily our unit is not facing the busy S Kihei road nor swimming pool, but our lanai is just next to the internal driveway & parking lots, so potentially hear people passing & driving noise. ★ Registration and Free Parking Pass All guests are required to register at AOAO office or from security which in the same building as our unit. You can get your free parking pass at the same time. ★ Tropical Living -Even we did pest control frequently but Maui is a bugs friendly island. Our lanai is connected to a garden. Please make sure you are OK if you see bugs like ants, cockroaches even tiny little lizards once a while before you booking. - HOA will visit the unit for 1-2 minutes during noon time to apply treatment quarterly, we will notify guests in advance if it’s during your stay. - To keep bugs away, please keep all leftover food (especially fruit) in the refrigerator and always keep the screen door closed. ★Travel Insurance We highly recommend all guests purchase Travel Insurance for their stay when you booking. Please note that our condo has a Non-Refundable cancellation policy. To protect your travel investment, insurance is essential as we cannot provide refunds for any reason beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: Weather events like storms and wildfires, Flight cancellations or travel delays, Health issues or medical emergencies. ★Tax We as hosts in Hawaii are required to collect tax by the state of Hawaii.
