Quiet and cozy with its own attached private bath, and mini kitchenette. Guest access Guests come through the front door of the house, with a hallway and stairs leading up to the second floor, where the private studio and bath are located. Other things to note We live in a fairly quiet neighborhood, steps from the Merrimac river, and boat basin. We are located on a main street with traffic associated with a small city or large town. We have a mini Goldendoodle named Otto. The studio, locks from outside the space with a padlock, for guests to keep valuables safe when away. It locks on the inside with a deadbolt. There is another key to the front door of the house.
