On Main Street in downtown Bozeman this beautiful, spacious new condo with private heated garage overlooks Lindley Park and is walking distance to restaurants/shops and right in the heart of it all - MSU, Yellowstone and ski country (Big Sky and Bridger). Lost SuperHost status Jan 2024 due to missing stay target by one stay due to demand of condo and limited availability. Picturesque views of Lindley Park (literally right out your window) and Bridger Mountain range from the balcony. Spacious, luxurious top-floor condo with own enclosed/heated garage for those snowy days. Entire condo is available for guest use. Upon request, guests are welcome to use the heated garage. Typically, guests park at the main entrance and take elevator to the third floor, which is the most convenient entry to condo. Long term and winter guests typically use garage which is accessible via internal hallway and exterior keypad. City of Bozeman STR License: STR23-00028 Local property manager has lived in Bozeman for many years and connects with guest in advance to help with upcoming trip arrangements and prepare condo for arrival. Daisy is only a phone call away to help answer questions, make dining recommendations and help with issues that arise. We try very hard to meet the 3pm check-in time but, on occasion, the condo isn't available until 5pm if excessive cleaning is required. We will always work with you to make your arrival as comfortable as possible, so that might mean that we will ask you to drop your bags in the secure attached garage and walk across the street for a refreshment. Additionally, if we do not have a guest checking out that day, it is very likely you can have an earlier check-in. Please check with Daisy the week of your arrival and she will be able to tell you when to expect access. Our condo is located overlooking Lindley Park on E. Main Street. We love it because we are walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, The Ellen and more, but we just escape the noise that all accompanies all that fun. Condo is conveniently located on Main St, walking distance to all the Downtown Bozeman has to offer. Guest is responsible to pay 8 percent Sales and Use Tax in addition to nightly rate.
