Guests staying longer may need to replenish supplies during their stay. Other things to note ⚠️ Construction Notice – Exterior Work The building is currently completing final exterior painting, and concrete work has moved to the parking garage. Work is typically scheduled on weekdays from around 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You may notice some occasional noise (guests who prefer a quieter daytime environment may want to keep this in mind) or light dust during these hours, but most major exterior work for this unit has already been completed. Lanai access is currently available. As with any building project, schedules may adjust depending on weather or inspections.
