Welcome to Exit 102 Vacation Rentals! Our delightful Guesthouse awaits you just 2 minutes away from downtown Asbury Park. This cozy retreat is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. You can expect: Full Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals with ease. STR Permit # 24-00825 The space Private guest house in the backyard with one driveway spot. 1 bed, 1 bath unit equipped with a full kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full-size pull out couch in the living room with a foam mattress. Guest access You will be staying in the back unit, which faces the adjacent street overlooked by the backyard. There is a driveway to park a car for your convenience. You can walk through the gate and it will be the 2nd entrance to the right. It should be noted we live on a street of identical new-build homes. There is active construction building the remaining units at the end of the road. Other things to note FAQ: 1. Are linens included? Yes! We provide sheets and bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Currently we do not provide beach towels. 2. How far are you from the Asbury boardwalk? We are located ~1 mile (approx 5 minute drive) from the Asbury Park boardwalk and only a half mile from main street home to notable bars like Johnny Mac! 3. How far are you from the beach? Depends on the beach! We are a 5 minute drive from Asbury Park beach, Ocean Grove beach, and Bradley beach. We are an 8 minute drive from Belmar beach. And we are 20 minutes from Point Pleasant beach. 4. How far are you from wedding venues? We are about 1.5 miles from the Berkley Hotel and Asbury Hotel. 5. Do you have a clothes iron on site? Yes 6.What is the parking situation? We have a designated parking spot for guests on the driveway. There is free street parking for overflow. 7. Do you provide beach chairs and beach badges? At this time, we do not offer beach chairs or badges. This is because there are so many beaches to choose from and it’s hard to limit to just one! As you enter the home, you will be greeted with a space to store large items like bikes and a small working area with a desk. You will walk up stairs to the main living area, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full bath.
