Welcome to Cottage 19 at Sea Bright! About Located on the north shore of SB, come relax in this 3 bed/2 bath, plus roof deck, escape, steps away from the beach. Located steps from the first public access point you will have ungated access to the beach. Because this is a public beach there are no lifeguards on duty. Parking Driveway accommodates 2 compact cars and the right side of the street offers public parking. Originally constructed to be a multi family plot, the front house is connected to the back en-suite (3rd bedroom) by an enclosed breezeway/mud room. Front House The front house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and includes central air. The 2nd bedroom is a walk through to the enclosed breezeway/mud room and back (3rd) bedroom. Back House (3rd private bedroom) The 3rd bedroom hosts a private bathroom and mini fridge and can be accessed separate from the house through the breezeway doors. An air conditioning unit can be set up to cool the room down. Breezeway Here is where you can hang towels, clothing and dry off after a day at the beach and/or after using the outdoor shower. Beach toys can also be found in the breezeway. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire house. To access the house a lockbox code will be sent prior to arrival. Other things to note The Area Within walking/biking of 2nd Jetty, Bahr's, Moby's and Sandy Hook. A short car ride or bike ride (2 miles) to downtown Sea Bright where you will find local eateries and attractions like Tommy's, Anjelica's, Donovan's Reef and Melonhead. Another popular breakfast eatery is The French Market, in Rumson (8 minute drive).
