Fully stocked kitchen Parking for 1 car Coin operated laundry on site **Guest must bring linens and towels* The space The unit has a full size kitchen with dining room area, one bathroom, and a Living room/bedroom with two queen size Murphy beds. It is a small space and when the murphy beds are down is tight. But you get two queen beds and that for me is priceless. A second option is to use the queen sleeper sofa. The living room has a 55 inch Smart Tv with Xfinity cable and free WI-FI - use your own log in for streaming apps *** Please note that the building turns off the air conditioner on October 16th and turns back on May 15th. The heater is on of course! Outside the living room you will find an oversized private balcony with 4 chairs You will be rewarded with the most amazing sunrises if you wake up with the sun rising. The balcony is the perfect place for dolphin watch. They love playing around the seawall. On the second floor of the building there is an extra-large heated outdoor pool with grills, tables, chairs, lounges, and umbrella to enjoy outdoor living and dining. -There is a Lease Agreement to be signed for each reservation All guest must be at least 25 years old or families traveling with children. No exceptions. ***Guest must bring linens and towels. A starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels are provided- bring extras for a long stay. Guest access Guests will be given a code to enter the building and a code to the front door of the unit. 24/7 entry with the code You will have access to the Pool and Barbecue Area – Barbecue grills are located on the pool deck- 2nd floor. Anyone using the barbecue grills are responsible for cleaning the grates after their use. Weather permitting, the pool and barbecue schedule is as follows: May Labor Day until seasonal closure, 10:00am until 8:00 pm. Times are subject to change as necessary. Other things to note The 5th Avenue Entrance is the primary entrance to the building. It should be used for the following: unloading and loading your vehicle as well as cart/luggage racks; going to and from the beach; hosing off the sand before re-entering the building. Laundry Facilities are located on each floor near the elevators.
